European empathy (France)


Description of the activity carried out
It aims to identify empathy in different contexts. - at a personal level and at the European level. The students first discover what the notion of empathy, then, in groups, they describe their experience of a situation where they experienced empathy towards someone or someone experienced empathy towards them. They share their personal experience to the class. Lastly, students play the quiz to discover what the EU brings to their daily lives, it helps them become active citizens in the promotion of democratic values and fundamental rights.
