This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Objectives of activities carried out:
Common objectives of the activities carried out have been connected to succesful implementation of project in general, more concretely to IO1 and partly IO2 although not directly connected with IO (communication with partners/teachers, motivating teachers to stay part of the project, communicating the project, evaluation and monitoring, dissemination...).

Description of activities carried out:
Coordination of the activities
- Humanitas attended kick off meeting in November. During the meeting, organization acquainted itself with project activities, calendar and deadlines, forms for reporting and all other material for project implementation. The organisation also prepared presentation of its main aims and activities.
- communication and meetings with teachers for presenting the project and invitation to join the partnership. Support in filling in the project documents about the schools data. Uploading the schools data on the project portal.
- Humanitas prepared invitations for potential associated partners to join the project and participated in meetings for promoting the project and inviting them to join the project and support its activities.
- Description of the project together with logo of the project were uploaded on the Humanitas website
- Trying to get in contact with RenaSup regarding the countersigned contract (so far unsecsesfully 24.5.2021)
- In april we have attended partners meeting (online) where teaching sources were presented.
- various meetings with teachers in order to encourage them to stay involved in the project (due to situation with Covid-19 and teaching on zoom for the whole school year 2020/21 the motivation and involvement of teachers was quite low)

Financial aspects
- ongoing consultation of the financial management folder. Performing financial-accountancy tasks. Permanent monitoring of the project implementation in terms of allocation of resources and budget, supporting the production of the intellectual outputs.

Dissemination
- Humanitas prepared 12 dissemination events and filled out reporting form for dissemination on the project’s portal.
- Humanitas translated the project’s brochure from English to Slovene.
- Participation in meetings with teachers and school principals in order to disseminate and promote the project and invite them to join the project network of schools
- Dissemination of the project on the Humanitas website and Facebook page
- Project promotion within our Global education teachers club (80 teachers, 4 meetings) and within National working group for global education.
- Humanitas prepared 12 dissemination events and filled out reporting form for dissemination on the project’s portal.
- Preparation for the partners meeting in January
- 3 meetings with teachers regarding the videos
- individual communication with teachers regarding their future involvement in the project (how to bring KeyCode material closer to their colleagues...)
