COORDINATION OF ACTIVITIES
Mr Emmanouil Petrakis and Mrs Patroula Kafousia coordinated all the project activities online due to the pandemic lockdown. We attended the kick-off meeting in November and then held regular meetings with the other members of the teaching staff to inform them of the objectives of the programme and the activities required.
We also informed students of 9th grade about the programme and tested the activities chosen with them online. The feedback was very positive and all the students were willing to participate in the programme and its activities once we return to school after the lockdown.
We also came in contact with other schools, informed them about the programme (April 2) and involved them as our associated partners in the creation of the three more teaching sources required until the end of May.
In June, there was the shooting of the 2 teaching resources.
Editing of the videos in progress.
In September 2021, we held a meeting between team members to inform and organize future activities.
We researched and concluded on three more teaching resources to upload on the portal.
In November 17th we held an online meeting in order to organize the shooting of three more videos.
In December, we recorded the material for two more videos and editing is in progress.
On January 13th, we recorded the material for one more video.
On January 13th and 14th we participated in the third online meeting, we presented one of our videos, talked about the work in progress and discussed the works to be done in τhe future.
On January 23rd, we organised an online meeting with the teachers from our partner schools, informed them about the progress of the programme, about production of the videos, deadlines and explained to them how they can contribute to the programme.
On March 1st we uploaded our first video on the Youtube channel of the programme.
In April, we shot 4 more videos at the school premises.
On May 2nd we uploaded our second video.
On May 4th we uploaded our third video.
On May 6th we uploaded our fourth video.
In May and in the summer months we kept working on the editing and uploading of the other videos.
In May and June 2022 we also worked on the research about and the writing of the Guidelines.

DISSEMINATION:
We came in contact with other schools, informed them about the programme and its objectives through messages, emails and an online meeting on April 2, 2021. We made a presentation of the programme, its calendar of activities and explained to the partners what they can do and how they can help on the realization of the programme.
All of them agreed to join us, so we ended up having six partner schools in total.
We also came in contact with several institutions and organisations and we ended up having 3 associated partners.
During spring 2021, we were in frequent contact with our associated partner schools, to talk about the activities of the programme through mailing and instant messaging in a group created for the purpose of the programme dissemination. Our parntner schools learnt about the activities they could carry out and how they could help with shooting videos in their classes and informing their community about the programme.
Throughout the year, we posted material on our school's facebook page and our website, informing our community about the programme's progress.
On May 13, 2022, our school organised an event in which we presented Keycode as well as other European programmmes of our school.
In September 8th, our colleagues participating in another European programme shared information about Keycode in a transnational meeting in Lithuania.
