Description of the activity carried out
In this activity the children have learned to know themselves and their emotions better by trying to educate this competence which is often taken for granted. This activity had the purpose of thinking and describing a recurring thought, therefore a way to dig inside and recognize why not even better the feelings of other peers and to have a greater mastery of thinking that must be a path that must be educated and carried especially within the school.
